The Union and Financing Culture in East-Central Europe

The EU web-sites are being monitored for documents which (may) have direct or indirect relevance to the prospects of culture in east-central Europe, with special reference to financing. We also screen the entire acquis and watch new decisions for relevances to the culture in our region. Information is grouped into one of the following files:

We watch out for information on resources of the Union, which are available for east-central European citizens and institutions. But note: the Budapest Observatory is not going to act as a help-desk in the traditional sense; if we can, we will pass you on to one.
